I would suggest that if its easy to access you see a physio for advice even if you only see once to see whether exercise or rest is best. Sometimes taping the joint helps to support or alter position again physio can help. Is tylenol like paracetemol if so surely you need some sort of anti inflamatories

Thank you so much for your reply. Tylenol with codeine I believe is the same as Paracetemol. Both are used for pain, headaches, etc. I will make an appointment with a physiotherapist for sure on Monday. Like you said even one time may be enough, just to find out if I should rest or exercise my arm and shoulder. I cannot take anti-inflammatories, they make my stomach bleed. Thanks again for your help.
