I use a topical rub made of anti-inflammatory essential oils - have to find the list I use. Also, believe it or not, there are stretches that help hip bursitis - I will look a couple up later & post them - on my way out the door right now. The two, used in conjunction with ice, usually keep me moving.

@sueinmn. Can you share what essential oil you use and the exercises you do? I've been doing the exercises my ortho doctor and PT gave me and I'm not seeing much improvements. I also have problems with my SI joints. I use to get relief by lying down, but now it's not even helping. My legs feel like they're on fire when I finish my walking. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
