I just recently stopped taking Gabapentin because of the "brain fog" it gave me. It helped with the pain of peripheral neuropathy in my feet and toes due to having diabetes, but the feeling of disorientation was too much to handle. I asked my doc if she could switch me to Lyrica for the pain. She did, and I'm having better results than I was having with Gabapentin. I've been taking Lyrica for 17-18 days now, I'll continue to take it because of the good results I've had from it thus far.
