I have the same probblem from and my doctor recomended GABAPENTIN for me at 1 capsule per mouth at night. You might ask your doctor about that rx. It's helped and stopped a lot of my cramping.

@sunshining Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. You said that your doctor recommended Gabapentin and that it has help regarding cramping. Is it correct to assume you have neuropathy?
