Tingling in little finger and one next to it
I have a problem Tingling in Little finger and one next to it particularly when my elbow is bent so its especially a problem at night I think I have read this may be cubital tunnel and need to avoid leaning on elbow or bending it while asleep
Any ideas how I achieve this

I am from the “Deep South” and used what is often referred to as “redneck ingenuity”. I actually took an old pillow and had my husband (that is the ingenuity.. the damsel in distress batting eyes and irresistible smile at my Prince 😁) .. cut it and the polyester stuffing the length and width to fit around my arm. Instead of seaming together he used duct tape. My Prince wrapped the pillowing around my arm with an Ace bandage to hold it in place.. duct tape at end to hold Ace bandage i place. It worked until I got my splint.
Being I was having shoulder surgery I opted to have the ulnar surgery at same time. When I did not want to wear the brace while sitting and watching tv in my recliner.. I had an oversized recliner at time.. I stacked two standard pillows under my arm. In bed you might need more pillows. I actually slept in my recliner back then.. it was too painful for my shoulder in bed.

Try a boppy pillow, it will help you from rolling over and injuring yourself. https://www.amazon.com/QUEEN-ROSE-Pregnancy-Pillow-Shaped/dp/B01N44MTLJ. You can also use a compression sleeve and elevate it from time to time. There are ulnar specialist, a friend I know had to go to Tucson to get his evaluated and surgery completed there.
I do now have a cubital brace it certainly keeps my elbows straight when I will be able to sleep with it remains to be seen
@lotsofpain I hope it helps.. you deal with so much pain and I know any relief is welcome.
