i was in the middle of a course of hydrotherapy when covid 19 sht everything down now they are still not really open

Oh my gracious, that is a huge bummer! Are there any alternatives for you during this time until you can get back into the hydrotherapy? If you have not checked that out it would probably be a wise thing to do. Take good care of yourself, Sunny flower
