Three weeks ago I had radical prostatectomy and removal of my prostate and all went well one week I had catheter and after that I have problem with inconstant and wearing adults diaper. Please let me know your experience and how long this issue would linger

@assad4zamani, incontinence and having to use protective undergarments after a radical prostatectomy is not uncommon. You'll find other men talking about this issue in this discussion:
