As a person who hates to exercise, I found that getting a puppy has helped. I now HAVE to walk my dog twice a day for a min of 30 mins each, then mini walks in between. Then, playtime on the floor with her. She is a good incentive, but there are times that I just really do not have the energy.

@migizii as a family who has had many dogs (and many of them rescue dogs), they are such a wonderful addition to your life. Saying that, they are a great deal of work! However, their love always wins over the work. We’ve also always had a cat or two until our last one died, and personally I’m a cat person.....but still I’ve those dogs of ours😍
