I would use Biotin mouth spray. Easy to grab in the dark. With lozenges I'm afraid to go to sleep with them in my mouth.

I put a cough drop in my mouth and accidentally fell asleep. I woke up choking, could not stop coughing, gasping for breath. I thought it was my last night on earth. Now I never put anything in my mouth before sleep. Unless it's liquid.
