I’m at a loss....

...as to how to stop the emails from Mayo and MayoConnect. I get 20 or more a day, every day. I’ve requested emails to stop. Blocked. Report spam (sorry) every single day for 6 weeks. I know this is not the platform to plead my case but I’ve tried unsuccessfully every other way I know. Thanks.

at the very top of each email is an Unsubscribe active word... have you tried that... ?

@miz - It looks like you are only following the Neuropathy group. To unsubscribe and no longer receive notifications about the Neuropathy group, click +Following. You can get to the Neuropathy group page by going to the top of this discussion where it says Groups / Neuropathy / I’m at a loss... , then click "Neuropathy". Next click the +Following in the lower right corner and you will see it change to +Follow.
