In reply to Teri-I am experiencing daily significant allergy symptoms even though we have already experienced a few times of frost; along with the feeling of increased mucus that I can’t get out (I’ve always been a dry cough person-reason why I have a vest). I don’t seem to be feeling bad, but do I need to be concerned about bacteria build up? What do you think? Thx for listening and hope things improve quickly for you😊
Thanks Terri. I hope you don't have a cat allergy or, if you do, you can find a way around it. I have had purring family members as well as barking ones. I remember when I failed my first spirometry test with an FEV1 of 31%, I thought I must have gobs of fur in my lungs. Haha.
I have a note in to my doctor re stopping airway clearance and taking azithromycin. I think I"m having an exacerbation triggered by a very challenging new formula bowel
prep for a colonoscopy last week. My throat is raw from clearing the tremendous amount of mucus coming up.
My cousins and I noted that we have seen each other more than usual due to covid because we are meeting in a yard where we can sit far apart. However, the weather has cooled already and last week may have been our last meeting.
I don't do much of anything but the days are passing very quickly. The major difference is that my health club membership is on hold. It was a big part of my life not only for exercise but socially and even the spa for a facial or manicure from time to time. I do have some exercise videos but I miss the water aerobics classes and my water pals. We have an indoor pool here and one of these days I'll schedule a time there.
How about you? Lots of changes?
