This chart does not tell you what to do. It is the french fries, the white hamburger bun, and the sugar in the coffee without any protein or fat for breakfast that is causing the higher numbers. You can take the insulin and bring the numbers down and then have some more carbs, but that is not a cure. You need to stick to a diet that your body needs: protein, vegetables, some fruit , some dairy, and maybe some whole grain bread. Skip everything in a box or package. You will feel so much better, you won't miss the sweets or the French fries. After the numbers come down and you lose some weight, if needed, you can have a baked potato, loaded once in a while.
Yesterday I had pasta with pesto and fried egg plant, which I love. It was low in protein but today my blood sugar is almost normal, meaning close to 100. Read on the web and change your diet. Everything else can fall into place. Dorisena
