Thanks for letting us know so we can support change and improvement. Did the doctor say it is serious? Because, from my husband's experience, it is serious and can be quickly lowered. What did he tell you to do? What is your plan? Get to the nutritionist as soon as possible and start reading on the web for information that helps. I can't be your doctor.
