@avmcbellar Thanks for asking me my recommendations. This is all I can address as I don't know what those other,s are . Since your already taking Potassium and Magnesium which I take at dinner ,drink plenty of water . Sometimes some leg exercises help and of course Dill pickle juice when the RLS start . It has to be the Dill juice not sweet . Its an old remedy but works . You must be asking this for your Mom ? your picture isn,t of a 90 year old I had to upgrade my email address so just catching up with questions sorry to be late in answering.

Hi @lioness thank you for the recommendation of dill pickle juice for my mother’s RLS. I have purchased a case of single serve bottles through Amazon. My mother drinks a bottle an hour before going to bed. She said today it has allowed her to get some sleep. I read from the nutritional information listed, the pickle juice contains a larger amount of potassium. Thanks again. Toni
