Hi, here is a suggestion, try and find out what is making your Blood pressure go up. I have a similar situation my goes really high at times and than goes really low. Doctors don't want to take the time to figure it out. So I started to do my own research to figure it out. What I did find out your body could be low on all kinds of stuff, like magnesium if your low this can cause blood pressure to go up also can cause other problem. I am not a doctor. I am a person searching for answers like you. You might want to do some research. This is what I did I wrote down all my symptoms than I started doing research to find out what might be causing my blood pressure to go up. One thing I found is I might be low of magnesium m symptoms matched that but still doing more research on other stuff. I will take all the information to my heart doctor and see what he said. He is pretty cool, he is open to new ideas. I see him today, hope I get some answers. Good luck on solving your issues.

Nice suggestions, @gizmo1500. Hope your physician can help you find some answers. Please let us know what he comes back and says and if your blood work indicates any of the suggested reasoning behind the high blood pressure.
