@ashby1947 I use to do home health nursing and found people have what we call White coat syndrome there B.P will be high when at Dr office then back down when they take it .To many B.Pmeds can cause it to go high Worrying about it ,emotions also Taking it to often I take mine once a week There are so many emotions that will cause it to go high also salt
