Does anyone recommend a portable, rechargable TENS unit for pain?
Does anyone recommend a portable, rechargable TENS unit for pain management? The easier to use the better, trying to go to the bathroom a dozen times a night and adjusting all the sticky nodes is very frustrating, too. I had one that helped with my sciatica pain but was too cumbersome to continue using and it wore out quite quicky.

Hi Jen, I get it. I don't like it either. Do you have any specialists who can help ease your pain? I am so sorry you are suffering so!! 😥💗
😲. Jen, have been there too, many times over the years. So scary! Am currently having to find a new PCP. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs, Sunnyflower. 🤗🌹🙏
Hi Cathy, are they heavy? My ice gels are long enough to wrap around my leg and more. They are very heavy for me but sooo soft! Glad to hear you're not in any danger! All the best, Sunnyflower
@catharbert Sounds like a fancy ice pack. Do you have a link to where you got it from? I’m curious to see how it looks. @bustrbrwn22
@lorirenee1 I have a PCP that came highly recommended. I need to find a different one. This one has no compassion or bedside manner. If I ask for help she’ll typically say look for a specialist but won’t recommend one.
I just weighed one of my ice packs on my digital kitchen scale . It weighs 1 lb. 10 oz. The brand I have is ThermiPAQ. I bought them at my local Walmart but they have raised their price a lot. I've seen the same thing online at Amazon for one at a much lower price. Mine is Medium size 6x12 but the slightly larger one at Amazon (8x14) is only $9.35. These are 2.25 lb. You should shop around to find what you want. My Medium size does not wrap the entire circumference of my leg with the icy part but it is still effective. There are other brands of the same thing.
I bought a TENS unit in HI last February. It includes 2 socks with copper wires interwoven into the fabric and sandals which spread the current over my left foot which has SFPN. The relief from tingling and pain is helpful. The vendor trades as 7-8-9-TENS. Thanks for asking.

Welcome @danadili, Thanks for sharing the photo along with you experience with the Intensity 10 device. Do you have neuropathy?
