Does anyone recommend a portable, rechargable TENS unit for pain?

@lioness my sciatica runs from my right lower back, right hammie, outside both shins, and the bottom of both feet. I try to walk 1/2 hr day and my feet feel like they are on fire, or being ice-picked, or large deep scabs breaking open again and again. My feet are like this every day even if I lie in bed all day although standing and walking really inflame my feet. I put the TENS on the bottoms of both feet and on the side of each shin and crank it up.

Oh Jen, that is ridiculously horrible! I am so sorry to hear what you have to go through, and it is that severe EVERY day? I'm not sure how you can function, I'm really not. You, my dear, are the epitome of a trooper. No wonder you need all the opioids and benzos. They should NEVER hassle someone like you (or any of the others here) who has genuine god-awful pain. The arrogance of bureaucrats who make these decisions so casually. Really makes me P.O.'d ('scuse the French). Hank
