Hello Lioness - The one I have is from Massage Therapy Concepts model TE2017. It stimulates, then relaxes for about 4-5 seconds, then repeats, and is programed for 20 minutes, which you can increase by 10 minutes up to 60. It is gentle or you can increase the intensity. Some features it simulates is Acupuncture, Tapping, Cupping, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue Massage. It is portable, put the pads on, put the unit in your pocket and go for a walk. You can use it anytime. I do sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. I like it as it gives me relief of muscle tension.
