@rois4richo That is a new one I never heard of it before what does the EMS muscle stimulator do My Tens unit relaxes the muscle what else does the stimulator do besides relaxing the muscle?

Yes I’d like to hear more about what an EMS stimulator does.

I probably am using my TENS wrong then. I crank it up to as high of an electric jolt as I can stand on that particular day. I thought the idea was to distract you from the pain you were feeling by getting stimulated by something even more painful. Please let me know if I’m using it wrong
