G'morning - I have an adjustable tens unit. I Like it very much and it helps me with pain. I bought it on Amazon for $64.95. This is the brief description:
TENS Unit and EMS Combination Muscle Stimulator with 2 Channels, 12 Modes for Pain Management for Back, Neck, Arms, Legs, Abs, and Muscle Rehabilitation. You can use it for 20 minutes or an additional 10 minutes up to 60 minutes. The instructions coming with it are clear and I find it easy to use. Good Luck.

@rois4richo That is a new one I never heard of it before what does the EMS muscle stimulator do My Tens unit relaxes the muscle what else does the stimulator do besides relaxing the muscle?
