Congratulations. I totally agree with your thinking, and wish you a great out outcome. Just an interesting point on improving the walk motion. I can walk around the house, but, as my left foot is most affected, but improving. However I then considered if I continued to walk in an un natural gait , the brain would read that into my body map. I decided to walk with two stick, with clamps on forearm. This allows me to walk slowly with full use heel to toes action. As a result the contact and use of left foot is improving quickly. I am now walking outdoors with the sticks, with a good motion. I walked 300 yards yesterday, and will increase distance slowly . Best wishes, and go for it!

@user_che214927 Hi Barry, glad to hear you are doing well! Thank you. It does take a lot of discipline and patience before seeing results. I started my exercises a month earlier from you. I figure after a year of neuroplasticity, if I still need alignment, I will do the strabismus surgery. I had read of an elderly man in his 80s. He had done neuroplasticity with eye exercises. It took him a year to achieve eye alignment with neuroplasticity. Goes to show one is never too old. Hang in there! It might take longer with age but with determination and will by your side, your goals are achievable. Good thinking to use the sticks in making your gait more normal. You have come a long way. Now you are ambulatory outdoors! Did you start out with balance issues? Keep up the good work! I strongly believe the brain is powerful and believing in it will help you to make your goals become reality. Your goals are within reason. Soon you will be enjoying summer activities. Do you watch any sports like the Melbourne Cup? I can’t think of much I did during your summer. Earlier in the year, fall/winter I enjoyed the Australian rules football. Best of luck to you! I expect good things to follow especially by your 90th birthday in January! G’ day and best wishes to you, 🤓Toni
