Take D-mannose, can get at Amazon (read reviews). Effective, safe, inexpensive! It totally solved my infections.

Is D-Monnose safe to take by Type 2 diabetic?

Is D-mannose taken to prevent UTIs or take when you have a full blown infection? If so, shouldn't an antibiotic be taken to clear the infection and then take D-mannose to prevent infections in the future? Thanks.
