@merpreb Yes - that's what I mean - certified to EU (CE) or US (NIOSH) standards. These have been tested by someone - either the wholesaler or any independent lab & shown to be compliant - not just accepted as shipped.

There is a specific testing process, which requires some fairly expensive equipment & trained technicians. A small random sample is tested, and if a certain percentage fail, a larger sample is tested - if those also fail, the batch is either rejected or not sold as certified.
