@thumperguy- I drink that too. I'm 5'1" and you way more than I do. Not by much though. lol. What does your doctor say about your low weight?

The Doc doesn’t express any concern. Without benefit of clothing I think I resemble a tribal African though I do indeed wear more clothes.
Regarding weight, I’ve succeeded in stopping the loss and have slowly regained 3 pounds.
I buy Orgain from Amazon. It’s pricey and probably not worth what I spend on it, but I kinda like the stuff and likely better Orgain than beer and whiskey.😉

@thumperguy and @merpreb, meant to ask about where to buy the Orgain peaprotein choc shake you both mentioned? At 5'8" and for years stable weight of 125 lbs, has made the 30 lb wt loss a real bummer. I have managed to regain 5 pounds over the past 1 1/2 yrs and surprisingly feel well enough just would like more pounds to possibly boost immunity. My pcp said that with my several health issues, weight gain is a complicated affair....hmmmm, I'd pretty much figured that out on my own, right? vbg
