I have discussed it with my surgeon. The pain is in the back of the ankle and is caused by the burser in between the tendens which is also causing the achillies heel. The PT has helped a little and I got a 1 and only cortizone shot 3 days ago. It feels 50% better and am hoping it will start to go away with continued excercise. Just looking to see if there was anything else I could do for it and I have to keep excercising for my knee since I missed PT after surgery due to the covid shut down. Thank you for the links

Puzzled by comment of only 1 injection. Normal is 2 injections, wondering why yours said 1? All the best quick healing.
