@sunnyflower I too have burning hands cold feet . I found a good cream that really helps me it is called Topricin it is for neuropathy and the pain from fibromyalgia . I was burning today with the neuropathy and used it pain is gone .

Thanks Lorirenee! It's on the way from Amazon. I pray it works as my ice gels are getting way too heavy for me and a pain (no pun!) to take in and out of baggies from the freezer. I put them on my knees every day off and on. I am grateful for them however the balm would be so much easier if it works. I'm thinking it will smell good.
