Hi @lilypaws, sorry to hear you have a sinus infection. My wife gets those and they are awful. Last year she got rid of one when an ENT Dr. prescribed a steroid for her. That was the good news. The bad news was her neuropathy got much worse right after doing that steroid. One thing she did do which helped her a lot was to start sleeping on a wedge, a slightly inclined cushion that we bought at Bed Bath and Beyond. It rises a total of about 6 inches from front to back, so her head is elevated. She stopped having nearly as bad of sinus symptoms and she also got totally rid of her sleep apnea which she had had for about 30 years at least. Maybe this might be something for you to try.
