Hi, I have that too. I use small ice bags wrapped in a towel when necessary. Another thing that is very helpful is a cold laser therapy device. I use it for 10 minutes on each foot and it helps immenesly.. I bought it on Amazon (as did 10 of my friends) it can be used for lots of different things. I bought the one for $129. and I bought it from them because I could return it if I wasn't feeling any relief. There are cheaper ones out there but, this one works great. I just saw that they have the same one for sale at $115 and free shipping .Read up on it and you will that Chiropractors and veternarians use them too for arthritis. Good luck, the burning is the worst.
