If you have stenosis I’m surprised you can go for walks .... I had it done around 6-7 months ago and it did help the back of my legs feeling pain but I still have some pain that I desalination with every day but I was told I needed rods in my back so a lot of my pain comes from weakness in that area but I do have stenosis also

Jfsherley, I have had two fusions for my spinal stenosis in the past, my brother has had 3. I am trying the Vertiflex this time to see if it works before going through another fusion or laminectomy. I am still on the fence about the Veriflex. I think it is 50% better so far but as I explained earlier I am going back to my surgeon on Tuesday to make sure I have not done something wrong with my Physical Therapy sessions. If I do not do the suggested exercises I feel a lot better. But I also have been sedentary for about a year and I would like to be able to stand up straighter. I will keep you posted after my visits. Thank you for your posts.
