Hi @newmexico71lss and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I see that you had the Vertiflex Procedure done just 9 days ago. I moved your message to this existing discussion about Vertiflex so you can connect with @esperanza22 @jfsherley and other who have experience with the procedure.

I'm getting new pain, and no pain relief😏

Each day it seems better. I go to the drs. in a couple of days to get the stitches out. There is no new pain except for the rib cage area is still very sore. I was told it could be the nerves just getting used to this procedure. I will post an update after the 17th. However, I do think there is an improvement but I am still taking 2 Tylenol PM's and 2 gabapentin 100mg at night in order to sleep. And, am trying to not take anything during the day. I have not been able to test my walking due to weather but plan to start that up soon.
