I am at the three week mark. Going to the doctor today to see what he says. It has been so hot, so I have not been able to walk too much, but I think my walking is improving. The brochure says no bending, no twisting. I have another three weeks to gol I will be happy to keep corresponding with you and giving up-dates. I hope u read my first description.
