What is this in my urine?

I am a 31 year old male. I have had 2 bladder scopes that revealed no abnormalities. The pelvic floor dysfunction is a total mystery and slowly developed from the start of the chronic urination until it became severe. The only abnormalities on my pelvic scans were seminal vesicle cysts and red bone marrow reconversion. No doctors gave this any serious thought and dismissed both of them as red herrings. So basically I have significant side effects with zero clue of why.

When I was trying a keto diet I experienced passing urine that smelled pretty bad. Have you changed your diet recently or before the symptoms started?
