@sunnyflower Sunny, you know on my phone near the top of the page there are those 3 lines on the right side? If I tap that it brings up a menu of options, and near the bottom of the list of options it says "messages" and if I tap that it takes me to my private message area. Does it do the same for you? I have a prehistoric Galaxy 5 (ya think it's time I upgrade?) so it might be different for you, not sure. Best, Hank
