Are you looking to restart a writing practice? Would you like to connect on a deeper level with yourself, and take a look inside your thoughts? Maybe you feel stagnant or mired down in today's world, and want a fresh viewpoint.

I found this 5 day writing challenge, and have taken part in it since Day 1. It is only 15 minutes a day, although you may find yourself writing for a longer time. With permission from the person who created this, here is the link!

@gingerw Hi Ginger and All:

Well, I want to report that I did the Day 1 meditation/writing exercise and it was great!! The breathing exercises as well as the poem/meditation really set-the-stage for writing. I was able to be free to express ideas and it surprised me.

Has anyone else tried this? If so, please share your experience. Was it helpful? Did your response to the exercise surprise you?
