sorry for the late response,been working a lot and tired when I get to hotel. I'm 70, so don't know how many more years😂... I'm going to start using strap more and holding more. I haven't been holding it long, only to count if 15, so I'll try for the ten minutes. I really want to get enough flexion and extension so I can walk stairs normally, which I can't do now.
