@januaryjane I never knew my meatballs and sauce was such a hit until my son and daughter moved out. Now when they come home I always have to make it. It's a combination of my Italian Mother-in-law's recipe and one my aunt had from an Italian co-worker. I guess when they started eating out they discovered that what they could get in restaurants does not compare to mine. When we visit our son in Denver I have to make a huge pot of it so they can freeze some for a few future meals.

I made a darned good pizza over the weekend too, and when it comes to baked goods, my lemon-coconut bars were always a huge hit with teachers at the end of the school year. My chocolate chip cookies are pretty darned good too, not quite the typical recipe.

I used to cook and bake a lot, but do a lot less now but with being stuck at home I am baking more. When my son and daughter were young I made all of our bread, so much better than store bought.

Hah, sounds about right. Ive found a good crust for pizza to be the naan bread. I also have a great recipe for lemon bars! I never liked lemon much. Adding coconut..mmm.
