Wounds that take a long time to heal. Why?

I don’t have an appointment till June 16th and 17th. My pcp has cancelled my appointments since December. I’ll ask then. Also, when wounds heal, even tiny ones I always get a scar.

I know you have some appointments next week, but here is a good article. It talks about the stages of wound healing and also those things that can affect healing. I hope some of this will be helpful. Please let us know what you find out from your appointments. I’m sure it will help others!

@asquires You said that you were going to have a doctor appointment this week. How did it go? Do you get an answer to wound healing?
