@jakedduck1 I understand your chuckle Jake.🤣 I chuckle myself at the ridiculousness of the situation. I want to clarify that this personal list, which I'm obviously not shy to share and keep things pretty real, is a compilation over the past, ohhh 2-3 years. I started the list because I WAS feeling like a hypochondriac and needed to write symptoms down for validation that they were actually happening, and to reflect on my health as a whole. Trust me, I'd have conversations with my mom and husband about my concerns as things just kept piling one problem after the other. Thankfully, they assured me I was no hypochondriac and medical proof was there. I want to clarify that several entries are repeated and many have ended. The reason I like this list is, it reminds me of how far I've come with symptoms so I can be reminded of progress when I'm feeling down, discouraged and overwhelmed by the symptoms that remain.
