It sounds like the physical therapy and yoga really worked well for you. There is another discussion on Connect were members are sharing their experience that you may want to read and possibly post how physical therapy and yoga helped you.

She warned me it would take time and that this was an intractable nerve, to be persistent and patient(!). And to get a good chair, maybe a cushion, and to stand up more and limit time to computer to 45 minutes with 10-15 minute breaks. Thanks much.
