This is an area where I am really able to count my blessings. When I left the hospital, they sent me home with a bottle of liquid pain medicine.(My mouth was wired shut) I never opened it. I took a few Tylenol to help me sleep on occasion and a few Ibuprofen for the 3 or 4 headaches I've had since my mishap. my worst problem is, lately I've been gardening and landscaping. When I over do it, I'm sore. Tylenol helps me get to sleep.
This may be depressing to some of you who aren't as fortunate, but on the plus side, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Our bodies and especially our brains have an amazing ability to mend themselves.
I really would like to try klonopin. Westd, I have the same problems, but am taking multiple depression drugs, and the last I heard, two of my doctors were going to conferr about the possibility of adding it to my meds. And along came CV19, and I’ve heard nothing since.
Yeah CV-19 has put us all on “hold”. I went to doctors to sign insurance information the place was empty, feeling like one of those post apocalyptic movies is going on its different to see people wearing masks, stockless grocery stores, and I think I need to stop by watching tv for a while!
I, too, am fascinated by the weirdness of empty things that were formerly busy. The parking lot at my local mall vacant- day after day. The lack of traffic and traffic sounds. No airplanes intruding on phone calls. It goes on and on. One day, I’ll be able to get those 2 doctors talking.
