It’s actually a lot more. 5+2+5 daily x 30 days = 360 capsules + the 3 bottles of hemp oil (1.5 oz taken daily) that come as part of the 525 for the plant based omega oils seems to be reasonably priced at $6.44/day. I agree it’s not cheap but for me it’s better than the alternative.
