I have to go along with the Meneres Disease. I have had it for over 45 years, went undiagnosed for 25. The feeling I would get was like I had just gotten off of a spinning carnival ride. The dizziness and nausea were terrible. Here are the things I had to learn and do to make it better: 1) salt and sodium content of food is a real killer, the Meneres is triggered by a fluid imbalance in your middle ear, salt and sodium increase fluid retention in your body and increase the imbalance in your middle ear, limit yourself to under 1000 mg of sodium a day, become a faithful label reader. 2) go to an ear specialist and have them do a water test in your ears with sensors on your eyes. 3) the over the counter medication Meclizine is a great help, it helps with both the dizziness and the nausea. Go this route and see if this works out, if not you have at least found this isn’t the problem, oh by the way caffeine can also be an irritant.
