It's in thoracic & lumbar ! Stretching and walking. Used to jog but not lately due to the pain. Have appt coming up with pain management doctor.

My daughter developed thoracic pain and lower back pain this year and so gets shots at pain clinic helped her a lot but I suggest you search out the best pain clinic in your area because their not all the same
