Topical gel helped me with chronic spine pain
I have croinc pain in my spine since 2006 with three fusion and many injection where I haven't had a good night sleep in last 3 years. I recently try a gel called Diclofenac Sodium Topical Gel 1%. is mainly used four hands knees and feet joints, but I tried it on my spine and hip where I have pain levels as high as six and walk with a limp. After two days of using this gel I am now can walk a mile without limping and sleep a full night without severe pain to wake me up every 2 hours. I wanted to share this with all of you because your spine is full of joints as well as your hip and this might be something you should look into as I am extremely excited and now I can sleep 7 hours to get a full night's sleep. Is mainly used for arthritis and osteoarthritis and it works.

I have chronic pain in my lower back, L leg, and feet since I had back surgery. Can I get help with this? Sometimes the burning is so bad it is light my lower back is on fire. I has brought me to tears many times.
First I got to ask what is causing the pain? Have you ever had a MRI with contrast on your pelvic area? If not do so cuz that's what I've discovered that I have arachnoiditis due to the surgery which is a very severe disease and that might be what's causing your pain because surgery does cause that problem. Surgeons do not want to give you that chance because they don't want to know that you have bad condition because it is a real liability for them. I have that condition and yet this gel has reduced my pain somewhat and it's not too late to try it oh, but I still say find out what's causing your pain and if it's something that's more severe than you think you should know about it. Look up that disease and read about it and do find out if you have it as more people are finding out they have it when they didn't know they had it.
But in Canada it would be over the counter?
