@lls8000 8000- Just checking in to see how you are doing and to see if any of your test results have come in?
My PCP is not involved at all with my cancer care.
Rely on a colleague, who is a radiation oncologist and administered my RT back in 2021.
I am a recently retired pulmonologist (1/24), so I am able to reach out to a huge gamut of colleagues at the U of Az.
Having been a non-smoker, I grew up in the clouds of second hand smoke, starting at an early age. It’s hard to believe that I’ve taken care of many with NSCLC and being afflicted, is so hard to swallow.
Just celebrated my 82nd birthday and pray to squeeze out a bit more time. Hoping my PET/CT ON 9/4 will give me some reasonably good news. We shall see.
Sending my support and all that I am able to share to all of you.🫶

@lls8000- I am thinking that all of your tests are on today. I wish you the best of luck. You have a lot going on, it has to be overwhelming. If you are feeling that it is very hard to even get out of bed please ask for something to help with depression. Please let me know what the next stage is for you. Please do contact your PCP. She can be a big, big help.
