It's on my list of ailments. Anxiety is nothing to laugh about. It's real. It makes our hearts race, our bodies do all kinds of things which are not conducive to calmness. It makes my esophagus have spasms. Yes, I could list a long number of things anxiety does to our body. Reading these Bible verses helps me to calm down. I know our God is the creator of all things. He wants us to turn back to Him.
