To answer your question, of the 15 infected with symptoms, the only ones invited to the local clinic for testing are those who are suffering badly and on the verge of hospitalization (my brother in law for one). I'm sorry to hear about your family, this becomes very difficult when our loved ones and others who work in the medical community get sick from this.
