@thinkhappy, I love ladybugs, too!!! One Mothers Day, daughter and grands presented me with a "store bought pkg" of live ladybugs for my garden....I was beyond ecstatic. They were here from out-of-state and we had such Fun releasing those tiny lovelies!!!

@fiesty76. I was reading about incorporating ladybugs as a natural predator fir aphids. My tomatoes and cucumbers (every year) get them. Drives me crazy. I’m thinking about planting nasturtiums in a one of my planter bags ( 25 gallon cloth bags I use to garden in -they’re pretty slick) but I’m afraid the nasturtiums will attract aphids ( which is the point of planting them) but will jump over to the next bag (side by side-4 bags) Any thoughts? Good idea or bad? Ladybugs a batter idea? Or both? Or spray and take my chances with the chemicals? Or give up🙁?

@fiesty76 Goodmorning . Just read your post about lady bugs. When winter was over in my attic I would find hundreds of ladybugs guess they where hibernating there somewhere . I would get them by the handful and put in garden they are good for the aphids you are right about that . Love this little creatures . Haven't seen any in awhile .
