Visual Escapes and Daily Inspirations: Share Yours
Let's create a space to offer a daily reprieve.
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought a lot of uncertainty and fear into our lives. Some of that fear and uncertainty can be caused by over thinking what is going on or unnecessarily worrying. So, I'm making sure I wash my hands frequently, not touching my face, staying away from social gatherings and all of the recommended guidelines to help avoid getting or spreading COVID-19 but it can be a little boring. I try to not watch news all day long while I'm in this self imposed captivity. I like to take pictures of birds and other creatures from my window as a welcome break.
I invite you to join me in sharing pictures, favorite poems, sayings, mottos, funny moments. Let's take a daily break together.

Amen! @fiesty76 - love them furry critters 🙂
You know things are tough when a deer sneaks into your yard in the middle of the night to eat leaves from a dead Clematis bush next to your front door. April 4th and still have snow on the ground...yuck!
@johnbishop- Is this during your midnight break? 🙂
@merpreb, nope - I just noticed a notification on my phone from last night around 2:11 am. A deer caught by my front door camera and a neighbors cat on the back deck. I have been seeing a raccoon on the back deck several times a week during the night caught by my patio camera.
@johnbishop I guess he didn't want to wake you up
During my walk the other day I came across this scene and they just watched me walk by it was very peaceful. I'll admit it just reminded me of Palm Sunday coming up.
@lioness I love doing puzzles myself, so relaxing, l love seeing the picture materialize as it comes together

By contrast to Dana's summer like photo. This is what greeted us yesterday morning. One thing we can be sure of living in the Northern Plains, is weather unpredictability. Thankfully I really enjoy all four seasons.
